For younger students I can ensure that they are playing and understanding within the first lesson.

Jon has been teaching my son drums since he just turned 7. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He is patient, fun, thorough and extremely supportive. My daughter Maddie wanted to have a go at drumming so we got in touch with Jon for lessons ... and since she was going I thought I might as well have a go myself. Jon has a great manner and teaches with a sense of humour that appeals to both kids and adults. With 2 kits set up Maddie and I were able to learn side by side, which was both fun and helped us drive our learning through friendly competition.
